Degree in Art Education from Columbia University Teachers’ College.Īlthough my earliest work was representational, I became an abstractionist under the impact of Constantin Brancusi, Barbara Hepworth and Ben Nicholson. Degree in political science at the University of Louisville. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, I came to New York to work as assistant to the student advisor at International House.
